HOW TO ORDER

How to order online?

1. Go to http://www.gonatural.com.ph
2. Click ONLINE STORE in the navigation bar and choose your current location.
3. Choose from the product/ packages posted.
4. Click "Add to Cart" of the item you want to purchase.
5. Fill up the check out form.
6. Choose your preferred mode of payment. Our payment option as of the moment is Paypal and Gcash,
7. You will be redirected or will be given a link to settle your payment.
8. You will receive an acknowledgement email regarding your order.
9. Once payment is confirmed, we will process your order.
9. Shipping takes 3-5 days for local buyers and 3-4 weeks for international buyers.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost may differ depending on your order and location. For local buyers shipping and handling is computed within the shopping cart. For international buyers, shipping and handling fee is included in the price posted.

PAYMENTS

What are your mode of Payments?

How much is the payment handling cost?

Transaction fee or handling fee for payment gateways are already included in the price posted. G-cash has P10.00 transaction fee while Paypal has 3.5% (of the total amount) + 0.3 USD and was added in the price posted.

I want to make payment by Credit card but don’t want to register paypal account, is that OK?

Yes sure, it’s OK. You can just choose Paypal, then click “pay” button and there will be a webpage you can enter your credit card information.

I want to make payment by G-cash but don’t have G-cash account, How can I go about that?

We suggest that you register in G-cash for a smoother and faster transaction. Gcash can easily and conveniently make payments, just by texting. It's reliable and offers the lowest transaction fee of P10.00.

I'm in the Philippines. Why does the payment for Paypal is in USD?

PHP currency is not yet recognized by Paypal, that's why for those who prefer Paypal as mode of payment we readily converted the payment into USD. Conversion was based on current USD-PHP exchange rate.

RETURN POLICY

What about returns and exchanges?

If you wish to return a merchandise, please email us at once. You have 30 days from the time we ship out the goods (ship date listed on your packing list) to make your return.

Return shipping costs, taxes, duties are your responsibility. Please use a courier with a tracking number system. Gonatural.com.ph will not be responsible if your returns are lost in the mail. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Where can I complain if I have problems when receive the package?

Please text to our Customer Service Hotline at +639209192929. Please text your complete name, transaction number and complain. You may also email us at customerservice@gonatural.com.ph. Our office is from Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5PM and on Saturday from 8AM to 1PM. We will make every effort to answer all queries within 48 hours.
