TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This "Agreement" contains the terms and conditions governing and applicable to the use of the website identified as www.gonatural.com.ph

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • If you have any questions or would like to follow up shipment of your order, please text to our Customer Service Hotline at +639209192929. Please text your complete name, and transaction number.

  • You may also email us at customerservice@gonatural.com.ph.

  • Our office is from Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5PM and on Saturday from 8AM to 1PM. We will make every effort to answer all queries within 48 hours.
  • ORDER PROCESS

  • Processing includes packing, labeling and quality control. Processing time may take 1-3 days. All orders are processed from Monday to Friday 9-5 Philippine Time.

  • Please make sure the address and the name of the beneficiary is correct. You may want to provide 1-2 name as the authorized receiving persons this will ensure that an authorized receiving person will be on hand to receive the package when the shipping courier delivers.
  • PAYMENTS

  • Gonatural.com.ph accepts payment through Paypal and Gcash

  • Payment must be made before any orders are prepared or dispatched. Please note sufficient time must me be allowed to clear the payment prior to delivery.

  • All payment transactions will be handled by the third party you selected and they will be responsible for all the security of your account or debit card. Gonatural.com.ph will not be held liable for any consequential loss or damage.

    SHIPPING

  • Shipping charges will be shouldered by the buyer and its not fixed depending on the weight of the item. For local buyers shipping fee is computed within the shopping cart. For international buyers, shipping fee is included in the price posted.

  • Gonatural.com.ph will not be liable for any loss or damage of parcel/ items.

  • Shipping of items in the Philippines is via Philippine Post Office Registered Mail (for small orders) or Fastpack Courier Service (for wholesale local orders). We normally give 3-5 days for shipping of items except when the delivery address is not within the immediate vicinity of the courier providers service area.

  • All orders shipped will be assigned a tracking number.

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

  • For certain countries please check with your postal office for any taxes and duties. Taxes and customs duties are the customers responsibility. You may also want to check if there are any restrictions in the quantity of allowable food supplement capsules or herbal tea products that may enter a particular country.

  • Shipping to other countries takes 3-4 weeks via Philippine Post Office Registered Mail. However, US customers can now choose Express service that has shipping duration of 5-7 days.

  • RETURN POLICY

  • We will only ship products out that are the latest stocks available in our warehouse. We will not ship stocks with less than 12 months before its expiration date at the time of the ship date.

  • If you wish to return a merchandise, please email us at once. You have 30 days from the time we ship out the goods (ship date listed on your packing list) to make your return. Once your request has been approved we will issue you a RMA (return merchandise advise number) which you should include when making returns. At no instance will we accept Returns without a RMA number.

  • Return shipping costs, taxes, duties are your responsibility. Please use a courier with a tracking number system. Gonatural.com.ph will not be responsible if your returns are lost in the mail. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
  • OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Gonatural.com.ph reserves the right to refuse sale to those who do not provide us with a complete billing, delivery address and contact information

  • All food supplement and herbal tea products are not intended for use for pregnant , lactating women or children under 12 years old.

  • These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • PRIVACY

  • Gonatural.com.ph is firmly committed in protecting your privacy. We do not collect and sell information as a result of your transaction in our website.

  • Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on the website.
